What the heck is that? Antioxidants, Lets Talk About it.

What the heck is that? Antioxidants, Lets Talk About it.

(I don't have any fancy graphics for this yet, my graphics designers seems kind of busy lately so I don't feel like bugging him.)

Tea is rich with a particular antioxidant known as Catechins. Its a type of flavornoid (Basically a favor cell) that acts as an antioxidant. Unfermented green tea is known to have the most of this. Cells are subjected to something called Redox, but in particular I'm speaking about oxidation. Oxidation is the loss of electrons. Free radicals increase oxidation and can cause things like cancer, and heart disease. Antioxidants work by destroying free radicals. So they don't directly stop cancer, but they directly stop things that can cause cancer, and other problems. They are also known to help prevent natural aging.

So basically, they kill bad cells that harm good cells, and help good cells last longer.

So how about a cuppa?
